Overview

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and meticulous student with A/A+ average grade to undertake their studies on the role of hydrogen sulfide and substance P in inflammatory disease. The position would suit a person with an interest in inflammation.

The project involves working with in vitro and in vivo models of inflammation, cell culture, histology, biochemical assays, ELISAs and other immunoassays. There is potential to translate this knowledge to the clinic, and would involve working with clinical samples.
