Overview
Climate Health Aotearoa (CHA) is a Tiriti-based national interdisciplinary research centre.
This scholarship is designed to develop skills at the postgraduate level reconnecting hauora tangata and oranga taiao (placing human health within healthy ecosystems), with a focus on climate change and health.
The scholarship will provide one year of postgraduate taught course (Diploma) support (in the form of tuition fees or a stipend) for a full-time Māori student.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to join the CHA tangata whenua caucus and develop relationships with leading kaupapa Māori climate change and health researchers.
The value of the scholarship is $10,000 and the closing date is 18 February 2022. Applicants from all three centres are welcome.
