"Trusts, Conflicts and New Zealand"

This article focuses on conflict of laws problems regarding trusts. The author discusses a number of New Zealand cases dealing with certain specific issues, such as administration of a trust, the law governing the capacity to make a settlement and to take under a settlement, power to appoint non-resident trustees, removal of a trustee, perpetuities, construction of a trust and breach of trust.
