Leadership

Leadership has been widely studied for its impact on follower behaviour and organizational performance. More effective leaders can elicit greater commitment and motivation from their subordinates and, as a consequence, produce superior results.

At the Centre, we study the complex interactions effects between leadership style, the use of strategic and operational information systems, and employee characteristics, all for the purpose of understanding how to promote organizational effectiveness.
