Motivation, satisfaction and performance

Individuals can be motivated intrinsically (doing an excellent job) as well as extrinsically (for the pay). Highly motivated employees are often more satisfied and invariably more productive.

At the Centre, we study the link between employee motivation, job and pay satisfaction, and organizational performance.
