Multi-disciplinary Perspectives on Performance Measurement and Management

The concept of justice is pivotal in understanding the psychology and sociology of performance measurement and management. Employee perceptions of an organization's performance evaluation process, for example, are every bit as important as the objective reality itself.

At the Centre, we study how employee perceptions of the justness and fairness of an organization's systems and processes influence employee commitment, motivation and performance.
