Performance Measurement and Management of Government units, Not-for-Profit, and Healthcare

Performance Measurement and Management of public sector organisations, while sharing some central tendencies with its for-profit counterparts, is also well known for possesses its own set of unique decision making and management challenges.

At the Centre, we elaborate on and study the differences that characterise the various performance measurement and management issues facing government units, not-for-profits, and healthcare organisations. We are particularly interested in the effect sociopolitical processes have on the performance of individuals and groups working in these organisations.
