Library / Student Liaison Committee
Terms of Reference
- To provide a forum for discussion on matters concerning library services to students
- To receive feedback from students on library services and facilities
- To meet at least once a year
- To report regularly to the Library Services Committee.
Composition
- Client Services Manager (Convener)
- Five Class Representatives, nominated by the OUSA Class Representatives Coordinator, at the invitation of the University Librarian
- Five representatives from the Residential Colleges of the University, nominated by the College Wardens, at the invitation of the University Librarian
- Associate University Librarian Information Services or nominee
- Associate University Librarian Central Services or nominee
- Hocken Librarian or nominee
- Manager, Customer Services, ITS or nominee from Student IT Services
- Committee secretarial services are provided by Library administration: library.admin@otago.ac.nz
