Terms of Reference
To monitor and review the Ethical Behaviour Policy as required;
To consider reports from the University Mediator, the Human Resources Division, the Proctor and the Otago University Students’ Association;
To recommend strategies to address emerging and/or ongoing difficulties relating to the Ethical Behaviour Policy;
To promote the Ethical Behaviour Policy throughout the University;
To report formally through the Registrar to the Vice-Chancellor on activity within the Ethical Behaviour Policy;
To discuss any other matter referred to the Committee by the Vice-Chancellor, the Registrar and Secretary to the Council, or by any member of the Committee.

The University Proctor
The Director of Human Resources or nominee
The University Mediator
A nominee of OUSA
A nominee of the OUSA Student Support Centre
A nominee of the Tertiary Education Union
A representative of the Vice-Chancellor’s Advisory Group
with power to co-opt up to two additional members
