Mr Stephen Higgs is a professional director, on the boards of a range of companies and other organisations in a variety of sectors.
He convenes the University Council’s Finance and Budget, Strategy and Planning, Treaty of Waitangi, and Honorary Degrees Committees and is a member of number of other committees. He is a director of University of Otago Holdings Ltd and is a Trustee of the University of Otago Foundation Trust.
Stephen is a retired partner, and past Managing Partner, of Polson Higgs, a firm of business advisers and chartered accountants based in Dunedin.
