An introduction to the principles and sources of international environmental law, and an investigation of current issues including the impact of and on state sovereignty, and tensions between trade and environment.

This paper gives an introduction to the key principles and sources of international environmental law and an analysis of the international environmental law relating to topics including climate change, ozone depletion, biodiversity, migratory species, trade in endangered species, whales, Antarctica and ecocide.
