Professional frameworks of organisational and community change and development practice.
On completion of this paper students will have an understanding of the processes and methods of community and organisational work, professional frameworks and the roles of the social change worker. Students will have engaged in analysing - using theory and literature - a social service and/or community development organisation and participated in a piece of social change activity with that organisation.
