We offer a range of primary teaching qualifications for those who want to teach in primary and intermediate schools – Years 1 to 8 (children ranging in age from 5-12 years) – in New Zealand and overseas. All of these qualifications can lead to teacher registration.
Individuals with an interest in, and enthusiasm for, children and their learning should apply.
Primary Education is an endorsement (specialisation) option for the qualifications listed below.

Programme requirements
Bachelor of Teaching (BTchg) endorsed in Primary Education
Students who first enrolled in 2015 or earlier will normally complete the programme under the regulations in force when they first enrolled.
