Christian Faith and Domestic Violence in Samoa and Samoan Communities in Aotearoa New Zealand

This 2016 project makes available web-based resources which address the problem of domestic violence in Samoa, and explore a constructive Christian response based on Samoan cultural values.

Listening to Male Survivors of Church Sexual Abuse

This 2016 project investigates the impact of church sexual abuse on the faith and religious identity of male survivors. It includes interviews with eight survivors of sexual abuse within the Sodalitium Christianae Vitae religious movement in Lima, Peru. It explores the immediate and longer-term impact of the abuse, and examines how it affected their faith, religious identities and sense of self.
