Making your first appointment
When you contact us for your first appointment, we will seek some basic details from you. These details include your email or postal address, and phone number.
We will send you a small welcome pack. We'll also let you know about our services and fees.

Before your visit
If you have access to a printer, you're welcome to print and complete your medical history form before your visit:

If you don't have access to a printer, it's no problem – we can give you the form to complete when you arrive.
Arriving at reception
When you arrive, please introduce yourself to our friendly receptionists. We may ask you to complete a registration and medical history form (if you haven't already done this).
Then you can wait for your appointment in our comfortable patient lounge.
Your first consultation
We'll customise your first consultation to meet your needs, based on the information we have already received from you.
But typically we would include:
- A detailed discussion about your oral health
- A clinical exam
- A review of any letters or results you might have brought with you
- Some diagnostic tests, like X-rays or clinical photography
By the end of your first consultation, you will have a much clearer idea of your condition, and what treatment outcomes might be possible.
We may ask your permission to send a letter to a referring dentist, to keep them updated.
Your first treatment plan
We will develop a customised treatment plan for you. We'll discuss the plan with you, and give you a written copy so you don't need to worry about remembering all the details.
Before-and-after portfolios
We have many before-and-after photos of dental treatments, which we can show you if you're interested. These photos can help you understand your treatment options.
Then you can make a decision straight away, or you can consider your options before making another booking.
