Professor Jim Mann supports a report released by The New Zealand Medical Association (NZMA), calling for urgent action to be taken to address the soaring obesity rate in New Zealand.

The Association's recommendations include taxing or minimum prices for sugary drinks, restricting food advertising aimed at children, and taking fast food out of schools.
