Professor Shiriki Kumanyika, distinguished international obesity researcher, was warmly welcomed to her public lecture at the Dunedin Public Art Gallery. Mark Brunton and Nga Maramara-Hinamoki Rewi Kapa Haka group provided a vibrant and lyrical welcome to Shiriki, members of EDOR, and attendees, with korero, waiata, poi, and taiaha.
