Carina Perner is a Occupational Mental Health & Wellbeing advisor at University of Otago and Mental Health First Aid Aotearoa Accredited instructor.

This seminar will provide assistance and guidance in regards to supporting and managing staff with health issues at work.

Carina will provide an overview of 'What/Where/Who/How' to access support services, training and education.

The seminar will include an interactive session before Carina will talk about what services are available.

All University of Otago and Southern District Health Board staff and students are welcome to attend.
