The Essentials of Human Nutrition textbook, which is co-edited by Edgar Diabetes and Obesity Research (EDOR) Co-Director Professor Jim Mann, has been highly commended in the British Medical Association (BMA) medical book awards.
Professor Mann and Professor A. Stewart Truswell (University of Sydney) have co-edited this popular textbook, which is published by Oxford University Press, and is now into its 5th edition.
Several other EDOR members have also contributed to chapters in the book, including Professor Rachael Taylor, Dr Rachael McLean, and EDOR advisory board member Professor Boyd Swinburn.
