Overview

New Zealand's HART Act came into force in 2004 and it is the primary legislation that impacts the way assisted reproductive technologies are provided in this country. It aims to provide a flexible and robust framework for regulating assisted reproductive technologies. This project can include a range of ethical issues raised by the way ARTs are regulated in New Zealand.
