Khoa A. Trinh joined the Department of Economics PhD program in 2019 under the New Zealand-ASEAN Scholar Awards. He has been a lecturer in Vietnam since 2012. Khoa completed his Master of Finance and Banking in 2016.
Khoa's research interests lie in the area of development economics, rural development, agricultural economics, finance and education. Khoa is particularly interested in research using empirical data and has been the project leader of some projects using both primary and secondary data in Vietnam.
