Burns Fellowship 60th: Open Home at the Robert Lord Writers Cottage

You are most welcome to attend the open home at the Robert Lord Writers Cottage (3 Titan Street, off George St or Gt King St, North Dunedin) on Sunday 9 September, between 10am and 12 noon.

Robert Lord (1945 - 1992) was the Burns Fellow in 1989.  Robert established the Robert Lord Writers Cottage Trust to provide residencies for writers coming to Dunedin to work on writing projects and contribute to the Dunedin community.

Over 60 writers have lived and worked in Robert's house. You are very welcome to join us, look around and celebrate the listing of the cottage as Category 1 Historic Place.  The cottage provides year round writer's residencies.

Burns Celebration participants are especially welcome to visit.
