I love being able to support individuals to grow their personal and business skills. For me, supporting learning of others gives me a great sense of accomplishment! Through previous roles and personal achievements, I have a developed a wide range of skills and have touched many industries, as a result I have a strong understanding of business and love all aspects of it! The Executive Education programmes allow me to use my skills from business, my strong relationship focus and desire for continued learning all in the one place – which I think is pretty great! The programmes we run are so rewarding for both our team and the participants, making the entire space so positive.

My role encompasses managing the client experience from first enquiry through to delivery of course. This involves working closely with the client to uncover the organisational needs and then building in conjunction with the client courses that meet those needs. Often this means completely adapting and building a course from the ground up that is unique to that organisation. Full customisation is offered and special attention is paid to bringing together the right facilitators for the specific client needs.
Background and experience
I have been back working in Dunedin for the past 5 years after 4 years living in Queensland, Australia. I have worked for international companies such as Spark, News Limited and IPMG with a strong focus on customer service and marketing. Balancing the international exposure, I enjoy working closely with SME’s and have also supported several local start up’s, where my range in experience helped to launch them into market. A true passion for me is to help businesses and individuals reach their business goals with smart creative, technology and effective sales, marketing and business strategies. A strong focus for me is in relationship management and as a result of this I have been able to run many successful campaigns and projects for companies of all sizes and industries. More recently I have focussed my career in Operations and Business Strategy roles.
