My role is to introduce and facilitate discussions around different frameworks and ideas that can get participants to think strategically about what they do in and for their organisation.

Background and experience

I graduated with a PhD on the leadership of corporate turnaround in 2009 in Ireland. My postdoctoral research looked at the strategic behaviours and entrepreneurial role of principal investigators in their delivery of publicly funded research. I’ve also worked in industry where I held a business development and strategic advisory role for one of Ireland’s leading entrepreneurs.
