About
As the Senior Laboratory Technician, my role is to facilitate the day to day organization of the undergraduate food teaching laboratories and assist with all the exciting projects that our post graduate students are involved in. My daily duties involve purchasing food products, maintaining specialist food manufacturing equipment, implementing cleaning regimes and ensuring our staff and students are working in a safe environment.
I graduated in 2015 with a BSc majoring in Food Science and especially enjoy sharing this knowledge with our fellow Food Science students and through the many community based outreach programmes that we host every year.
I am a proud mum of two young boys and we enjoy all things outdoors (especially trips to the park). I love to garden, bake and decorate cakes.
