Characterisation of lipids from Mutton Birds (Puffinus griseus)

Jenny was born in South Korea and had her childhood spent in Indonesia, before moving to New Zealand with her family about 15 years ago.
She completed her BSc with Honours in Food Science with us at the University of Otago in 2015.
The research will primarily focus on the characterization of lipids from mutton birds (Puffinus griseus), which will help to identity the aspects such as diet, reproduction, environment etc that may have impacted on the lipid content in birds.
