Developing and assessing implicit methods for food choices

Xiaohai comes from China, he completed his undergraduate degree in Food Quality with Retail Management at Harper Adams University (UK). He then went on to achieve a Masters’ degree in Food Production Management at the University of Nottingham (UK).

His research interests relate to sensory and consumer science. In his spare time, Xiaohai likes to travel and to enjoy eating local foods.

Project Outline

  • To investigate implicit and explicit attitudes toward food choice behavior.
  • To compare implicit and explicit measures toward food choice.
