Understanding the effects of pulsed electric field on oat (Avena sativa) properties

Supervised by  Professor Indrawati Oey, and Dr Dominic Agyei


Sheba is from the Philippines and she obtained her BSc degree in Food Technology from University of the Philippines Mindanao and her MSc Food Science degree from the University of the Philippines Los Baños. Her previous research involvement includes enzyme production studies and one-step lactic acid production from sago (Metroxylon sagu Rottb.) starch.

On completion, Sheba will return to the Philippines to resume her work at a university.
