Kia hiwa rā! Kia hiwa rā!
Kia hiwa rā ki tēnei tuku,
Kia hiwa rā ki tērā tuku,
Kia Tū, Kia Oho, Kia Mataara!

What is the On Campus Experience?

On Campus Experience (OCE) is a fully funded scholarship that provides an amazing opportunity for senior secondary students of Mãori descent to sample living and learning at the University of Otago.

Campaign & Maori St#2418299

Students will explore the Otago campus and the student city of Dunedin. They will have the opportunity to attend lectures in their areas of interest as well as meet academic staff and students. They will experience life in a residential college and meet the Mãori Centre staff that provides great support for Mãori students when they come to Otago.

If you are currently in your final year of study at a New Zealand secondary school, are of Mãori descent, and you have acquired NCEA L2 with merit endorsement (or an equivalent for CIE and IB students) you should consider applying for the On Campus Experience.

Successful OCE students will be selected to attend one of two OCE programmes in 2018 (the one application will cover both dates).

First OCE 6 - 10 May 2018 (Tertiary Open Day)
Second OCE 15 - 19 July 2018 (School Holidays)

OCE applications for 2018 are now closed. Dates for 2019 will appear later this year.
