The theme of the conference is Global Health in the Era of Climate Change, but we invite abstracts on any global health research topics, particularly global health research in low-resource settings.
Submissions are invited from researchers based in New Zealand as well as researchers based in other countries. Abstracts will be peer reviewed by members of the conference committee to ensure quality and relevance to global health.
Please follow the abstract guidelines when submitting.
The deadline for submission of abstracts is 29 September 2019. We will make a decision about acceptance of abstracts as soon as possible after the deadline for submission. We will seek to give earlier indications of acceptance for overseas-based submitters to facilitate organisation of travel and visas.
Student authored abstracts can be submitted for oral or poster presentation. There will be two student prizes of $75 for the best oral presentation and poster. Students based in Dunedin will be to apply for funding to support their attendance at the conference.
