2019 De Carle Distinguished Lecture Two

Professor Alison Phipps, UNESCO Chair in Refugee Integration through Languages and the Arts (University of Glasgow)

This lecture takes an anthropological approach to the work of memory and reconciliation in communities where conflict and trauma have left, passed through, arrived and also survived. It focuses also on theological and spiritual dimensions and how the arts facilitate these.

This talk is hosted by the Centre for Global Migrations, National Centre for Peace and Conflict Studies and the Theology programme.
