Going global – creating an international mindset for business
International business is everywhere. Technology is enabling globalisation so that markets feel closer than ever before. Negotiating, troubleshooting, making sales and working with people from different cultures is the norm in today’s world of work. Being global in business requires thinking about the dynamics of crossing borders with people, products and services.
In this project, you will engage in the thinking of managers and consultants by creating a business plan for a small New Zealand company trying to take their product global. No business experience or specific prior knowledge is required, just an open, curious mind.
