Fees are set centrally by the University and are subject to change annually.
2024 fees
The current annual fee is $19,266 for 2024. Please refer to the Accommodation Contract for further details.
Additional payments
You are also required to pay a Student Placement and Activities Fee of $920, of which $460 is refundable for all withdrawals received prior to the 1 of February 2024.
Residents who withdraw after 1 of February 2024 are liable for a penalty of 1/38th of the annual fee and remain liable for payment of all outstanding fees for the balance of the contract, provided that the College may in its discretion reduce this liability in light of the circumstances of the Resident's departure from the College and/or its ability to arrange for another party to fill the vacancy left by the Resident.
