HEDC offers a series of workshops on Theories of Learning and Teaching, each focusing on a different theory of learning or teaching. These sessions provide a brief introduction to the theory and continue with a group discussion on how core concepts from the theory could be implemented in tertiary teaching. Those new to teaching are especially likely to benefit from the sessions, but anyone curious to find out if their practice aligns with theory or interested in trying different approaches to teaching should find the workshops rewarding.
