- Paper Structure
- The paper is centred around four online discussions focused on definitions of mentoring, mentoring relationships, promoting growth through mentoring and developing a mentoring culture. Discussions run for three weeks and have readings associated with them.

- Critically examine ways of interpreting and enacting mentoring
