Good to see a couple of the Department of Human Nutrition staff spreading the results of their research, Dr Paula Skidmore and Assoc Prof Sheila Skeaff both presented at the "International Society of Behavioural Nutrition and Physical Activity" annual conference in Edinburgh, UK this week. Paula presented a summer studentship project on novel dietary assessment methods and Sheila presented a study she had undertaken on food literacy.
