Associate Professor Sheila Skeaff’s passion and commitment to teaching in the Department of Human Nutrition was acknowledged last week upon receiving an OUSA Teaching Excellence Award. The students find her research-led teaching an inspiration. Her students love her interactive teaching style, commenting that it greatly enhances their learning experience.
