Dr Anne-Louise Heath is a co-Principal Investigator for "A Good Night’s Sleep” an exciting new project to develop a baby food with novel dietary fibres to help sustain energy release through the night so that babies don’t wake up hungry. The project was one of just seven recently announced by Steven Joyce at the High-Value Nutrition launch in Parliament.
