Human Nutrition Department members past and present (Carla Thomson, Jo Slater, Amber Robertson and Claire Smith) have been working with FoodShare (New Zealand) to develop recipes and information cards, to help recipients of their food parcels. This is featured on the front page of this weeks The Star midweek newspaper.
