Less Fussy Eaters

Letting babies feed themselves leads to less fussy eating.
A recent publication from the Department of Human Nutrition's Associate Professor Anne-Louise Heath and Department of Medicine's Professor Rachael Taylor on a modified version of baby-led weaning shows that babies who feed themselves as soon as they have started eating solids are less fussy eaters.
