As a current staff member, you can log into our recruitment system using your University of Otago username and password. Your personal details will already be populated for you based on the information held in HR Systems. This streamlines the process if you apply for a new position.
You can add information, attach your CV/Resume and make applications through the recruitment system, in the same way as other applicants.

To update your personal information, please use the Staff Web Kiosk. This will update both our HR and recruitment systems.
Career development support
The University of Otago has a career development programme available to staff. It consists of a suite of short courses designed to provide information and resources to assist staff in their careers at the University of Otago.
If you are currently a University of Otago student, or a recent Otago graduate, you can also access support through the careers advisory service.
