Mentoring programme

The aim of the mentoring programme is to provide staff with an opportunity to reflect on their professional development and career opportunities with the assistance of an experienced professional staff member. The mentoring programme also provides an opportunity for experienced staff to share their experiences.

Who is eligible?

The mentoring programme is open to all professional staff at the University of Otago, and we welcome applications from staff at all campuses. You must be on a permanent contract and have worked in the University for at least twelve months.

Mentors and mentees will be matched according to need and three mentoring meetings will be offered between April and November 2023 (a maximum of one hour duration for each meeting).
