PDR competency training

One of the main purposes of the Performance & Development Review (PDR) process is to help managers and staff identify performance areas requiring further training and development.

The following courses fit into the 8 key "competencies" or skill sets that are covered by the PDR process.

The Office of Māori Development and HEDC also offer some courses on tikanga Māori and the Treaty of Waitangi:

  • Introduction to Te Ao Māori (the Māori World)
  • Introduction to the Treaty of Waitangi
  • Advanced Session on the Treaty of Waitangi
