Universities New Zealand encourages and supports women who are or aspire to be leaders in the tertiary education sector through its annual New Zealand Universities Women in Leadership (NZUWiL) Programme for academic and professional staff.
The NZUWiL programme booklet provides further information on the founding and development of the programme, which began in 2007 and now has over 400 alumnae.
The Academic Divisional Office facilitates the University’s participation in NZUWiL programmes.
