The Proctor's Office, including Campus Watch, is responsible for all campus security and electronic access to buildings (via your staff ID card).

Your staff ID card provides you with access to staff benefits, and relevant buildings.

Library services


The University of Otago Library offers an outstanding range of information services, quality resources and excellent facilities. Staff can make use of all the facilities using their staff ID card.

Parking your car


The Property Services Division is responsible for the management of university parking, and provides over 2300 parking spaces across all campuses.

Financial services


The Financial Services Division (FSD) provides a wide range of financial and planning services to the University.

University Union/Staff Club


The Union provides food and beverage, catering and retail facilities to students and staff. The historic Staff Club was built in 1907 on the Dunedin campus, and is a popular place for staff to sit back and enjoy a meal or something to drink.

Childcare


The Otago University Childcare Association provides quality childcare for the children of Otago staff and students on the Dunedin campus. Please note that fees do apply.

Recreation services


Staff at the Dunedin Campus enjoy access to the wide range of activities offered at Unipol Recreation Services where you can drop-in and play anytime.

Physiotherapy services


Access discounted physiotherapy services at the School of Physiotherapy Clinics in Dunedin, when seen by a fully-qualified physiotherapist.
