Mehdi Farhangian celebrated completing his PhD studies last weekend by dining out in a Greek restaurant but unfortunately it wasn't in Dunedin. Mehdi has been completing his studies for the last three years while living in Melbourne and so his graduation on Saturday was in absentia. Mehdi now works as a Digital Insight Analyst for Bupa Australia & New Zealand in Melbourne.
His thesis was entitled "Capturing the Effect of Personality on Teams with Agent-Based Modelling" and his supervisors were Professor Martin Purvis, Dr Maryam Purvis and Associate Professor Tony Savarimuthu.
Everybody in the Department congratulates Mehdi on this wonderful achievement and we wish him every success for the future.
