The University of Otago has exchange agreements with over 100 institutions worldwide. Students pay standard tuition fees to the home university and receive credits towards their qualification.
Exchange students coming to the University of Otago are nominated by their home university. Otago students are nominated to the host institution after completing the Otago exchange application process.

Pre-Departure seminar
On 8 May we will hold the pre-departure seminar for Otago students going on exchange in semester two 2024. This is an invitation only event.

Come along for a chat:
- Weekly exchange info sessions (Tuesdays at 3pm on Zoom and Thursdays at 1pm in person)
- We are available from 11am to 1pm, Monday to Thursday, at the Central Hub (no appointment needed)
