Do not use this application form to request access to:
- Access Student/Class Information – eVision (including Business Objects Reports)
- ITS Charge Reports Access – Add/Modify/Remove
- Business Objects – HR reports
For access to any other reports - complete this form.
Have it authorised by your Head of Department, departmental manager, Director, or similar, then email to AskOtago.
Access to Business Objects is only available via computers connected to the University network (including via the University VPN (Virtual Private Network) service).
