Scheduled: Telecommunications Outage, Cisco Desk Phones

Time frame: Wednesday 19 October 2022, 9:00 PM – Thursday 20 October 3:00 AM

Services Affected: Desk phones operating via Cisco services

Audience: All University staff and students

Description: The servers providing phone systems will be upgraded during the time frame given and very short interruptions may occur. Desk phones will also be restarted during the process.
