Unscheduled Outage: Business Objects (BOXI)

Timeframe: Monday, 15 May, 4:00pm - ongoing

Services Affected: Business Objects (BOXI)

Audience: Business Objects Users (On campus + VPN users)

Description: Users are intermittently unable to log in to Business Objects (BOXI) and are being met with the following error:
"You were unable to logon:
Active Directory Authentication failed to log you on. Please contact your system administrator to make sure you are a member of a valid mapped group and try again. If you are not a member of the default domain, enter your name as UserName@DNS_DomainName, and then try again.
(FWM 00006)"
